| 1st job interviewThe main interview is expected to take about 30 minutes to 1 hour, and those who passed the document screening will be attended by professionals with high job-related skills to learn about their job capabilities. |
| 2nd Executive InterviewThe second interview is expected to take about 30 minutes to 1 hour, and the CEO and executives will attend the first interview to check each other's cultural fit. We will have an in-depth conversation about how Aavatar Therapeutics works, the values it pursues, and our culture to find out if it is a good fit. |
| Compensation NegotiationAfter passing the interview process, the company and the applicant will discuss the details of compensation through individual consultation. |
