Recruitment Process

Document screening

Write freely in a way that best appeals to your strengths, but please submit it as a PDF file.

It would be even better if you also submit a portfolio, homepage, Github link, etc. depending on each position.

1st job interview

The main interview is expected to take about 30 minutes to 1 hour, and those who passed the document screening will be attended by professionals with high job-related skills to learn about their job capabilities.

2nd Executive Interview

The second interview is expected to take about 30 minutes to 1 hour, and the CEO and executives will attend the first interview to check each other's cultural fit. We will have an in-depth conversation about how Aavatar Therapeutics works, the values it pursues, and our culture to find out if it is a good fit.

Compensation Negotiation

After passing the interview process, the company and the applicant will discuss the details of compensation through individual consultation.

Final Joining

* Applicants will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and only those who pass the document screening will be notified individually.
